Girly Spa Days 

                       Ask about our girly packages including fresh flower facials using 100% pure plant
                       essences and essential oils, herbs and anti wrinkle skin glow remedies.  Massage 
                       treatments and any combination of services from the menu.

Calm Abiding Meditation 

                       Without love and compassion a clear meditation cannot be achieved

                       we work on a very practical level and all methods have been directed by Khentrul
                       Lodro Thaye Rinpoche.  We focus on integrating specific techniques for body wellness
                       using the breath and heart as the main focus.  Settle down for more clarity and understanding
                       of ones actions.

Massage Treatments  

                       We offer many different massage modalities.   Chi Net Sang Internal

                       Organ massage to restore internal chi and release stagnation.  Remedial,

                       Swiss, Esalen, Shiatsu and the best foot and scalp massage ever.   Infused with 

                       Your choice of pure aromatic oils and herbs. Alchemy and aromatic medicinals

                       are our specialty with a focus on enhancing your program and sense sensations.

                       Our focus is integration, the body will align itself with the right modality and 

                       a loving heart ~ the body heals itself it just has to remember !

Teal Body Glow   

                      Inspired by the Aurora Borealis - Himalayan mountain salts, dead sea salt,
                      flowers and herbs, dipped in deep green algae, pure honey and blue
                      azulene.  A puryfying massage to exfoliate, tonify skin and leaves you
                      glowing after a day outdoors. 

Rejuvenation  anti line Facial            

                       Pressure point massage applied to major facial muscles.   Bulgarian rose oil

                       Is Applied with warm crystals  and wrinkles are massaged away. 

                       Underlying muscles and tissue relax to reveal a more youthful expression.   

                       This facial  is based on old Chinese remedies. Sip on cinnamon and parsley                   

                       tea to hydrate and soften skin while you watch yourself get younger. 

Get Stonified 

                       Warm hot rocks are placed on pressure points and used to massage deep 

                       Held stress and patterns along the spine.   

                       Rubbing in between fascia and spine muscles are infused with 

                       hot mustard oils  and warm and spices for a revitalizing sweet release.

Good Medicine      

                       Side line massage utilizing energy work,  Medicine Buddha mantra and healing.

                       This can only experienced individually as you are unique.   This is an 

                       intimate internal and introspective time to relax, feel into what is next for you, 

                       and your well being, today, tomorrow and into the future.  We will explore

                       breathing patterns and held ideas reflected like a mirror throughout your body

                       Each session is different to the previous session.  A journey into expanded deep 

                       consciousness.

Water Dragon Massage

                       This treatment takes you to another world.  Face up and floating on foam noodles, this energy
                        water massage lets your body do the talking.  The body relaxes ready to receive as gravity
                        releases its solid hold.   Gentle techniques are applied.  You will go deeper into a more
                        subconscious state and when you emerge you will feel like you went on vacation for a week.
                        Tonify with warm fruit and flower tea to fortify and strengthen the capillaries.
                     

Foot Reflection Scalp Massage

                       Sea salt scrub to stimulate the skin... betonite clay from the deep heart

                       of the California desert is mixed with  essential oils to make a paste and applied to the feet

                       to draw out toxins. Applied reflexology is applied to pressure points  to relieve and

                       relax your entire body.    Scalp massage utilizing rosemary, mint or  Morrocan 

                       cedarwood and Western Australian sandalwood essential oils + local herbs are wrapped

                       in a hot towel to rejuvenate mind and treat sun damaged locks. Worship at the temple of
                       your mind.

Milk Bath    

                       Take a milk bath and restore the skins delicate acid mantle while you receive a scalp massage.  

                       Hair is treated with hot olive oil, essential oils of rosemary, spruce and cedar

                       and wrapped in a hot towel.  Reconditioning, invigorating and to live for.

Marigold Glow               

                       A sea salt oil glow saturated in marigold oil, tumeric and spice (Massage, water and oil)

                       Ayurvedic skin principals combined with soft flowers to moisten dry skin and delicate
                       eye tissue.

Cool Ice Glow                

                        A sea salt oil glow. Skin is covered in spruce, fir and mint to tonify and hydrate.

                       ~ Glows make you light and shiney... after a day in the water or by the water... hydrate, tonify, 

                       stimulate nerve endings, and then shimmer away into the warm evening.

Chi  Nei Tsang   

                       Internal organ and chi massage.    The navel center and surrounding organs hold emotions... 

                       If out of alignment the liver can get angry :-( our intestines get knotted up due to fear :-0

                       and we lose our power around the solar plexus when we don't speak our truth :-\

                       When our inner organs become distorted so does the rest of the body and its extremities,stress, 

                       congestion, and sickness accumulates and all of the vital organs then separate and stagnate. 

                       Chi Nei Tsang techniques in and around the area of the navel provides the fasted method

                       healing and over time, the most permanent results.
